I don't know about the amazing Dee-Lay for men, but Positive Products Company also offered the same sort of stuff as Formulæ 2 and 3, and page 668 of JAMA v119 indicates that it met with much the same fate.

One can learn a bit more of the “Martha Beasley” Formulæ 2 and 3 from page 112 of the FTC annual report for 1939 and page 517 of the Journal of the American Medical Association v119 (1942).
